Financial Picture

• Total Project is at less than $ 1.2 million
• We have paid $ 866K so far
• Outstanding known expenses are at $ 291K

We have about $ 170K in the bank account. We have received $ 336 K in donation plus about $ 440 K available at the beginning of the project and $ 26K for Shila Sthapan – for a total of $ 802 K in JSNE funds. We have received over $ 209 K in loans ($ 153 K long term + $ 56 K bridge loan)

Outstanding receivables from fund raising are now about $ 14K all other monies have been received.

• 33K Bathrooms – accessories, plumbing
• 5K Insulation above ceiling
